Classic Wings
INGREDIENTS
2-3lb. Wings
The Sauce:
1/2c Butter, unsalted
1/2c Texas Pete Hot Sauce
2t Worcestershire Sauce
1t Salt
1t Onion Powder
1t Black Pepper
1t Garlic Powder
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375deg.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until butter is melted (don’t boil).
Cut off wing tips. Cut wings at mid-joint. Toss wings with 2T oil and some salt.
Cover a cookie sheet with foil and spray with non-stick or coat with oil. Dip wings in sauce and arrange on tray.
Cook 20min and then drizzle with more sauce. Cook another 20min. Repeat until sauce is gone. Wings should cook for 60min.
