Chicken Fajitas

INGREDIENTS

1lb. Breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into strips
1 Onion, medium, cut into long strips
1 Red Bell Pepper, cut into long strips
1 Green Bell Pepper, cut into long strips
1T Olive Oil

The Dry Ingredients:
1T Cornstarch
2t Chili Powder
1t Salt
1t Paprika
1/2t Onion Powder
1/2t Garlic Powder
1/4t Cayenne Pepper
1/2t Cumin, ground

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a small bowl.

  2. In a large skillet heat oil. Add chicken and cook. Add onion and peppers, cooking until vegetables are tender.

  3. Sprinkle dry ingredients over cooked chicken and vegetables and mix until well coated.

  4. Serve with tortillas, sour cream, green onions, and shredded cheese.
