Dry Rub Pork Ribs

INGREDIENTS

1 Racks of Ribs
1/4c Brown Sugar
2T + 3/4t Salt
2T + 3/4t Ground Black Pepper
1-1/2t Garlic Powder
2T + 3/4t Paprika

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix seasonings together. Rub all over ribs and place in the refrigerator overnight.

  2. Preheat oven to 350deg.

  3. Cook ribs 1-1/2 - 2hrs, until the meat pulls away from the ribs.
