Honey Mustard Chicken

INGREDIENTS

4-6 Thighs and/or Drumsticks
1/4c Honey
1/4c Dijon mustard, smooth
1T Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste
2-3 Sprigs of Rosemary

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350deg.

  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, mustard, and olive oil.

  3. Pat dry chicken. Place skin side up in a casserole dish. Salt and pepper chicken to your preference.

  4. Spoon honey mustard sauce over chicken and place rosemary between chicken.

  5. Bake covered with foil for 15-20min. Remove foil and bake another 30min.
