Rosemary Garlic Pork Roast

INGREDIENTS

2-1/2 - 3lb. Loin Roast

The Rub:
2-1/2 Tbsp Fennel seeds
2 Tbsp Garlic, diced
2 Tbsp Rosemary, fresh, chopped
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 250deg.

  2. Coat the roast in the rub. Place in a cast iron or other oven-proof skillet.

  3. Cook in oven for 6hrs.

  4. OR cook in a crock pot/Instant pot on low for 6hrs.
